Location:
The 5000 Block of Narragansett Ave. in Ocean Beach. We are 1/2 block to the ocean and two blocks south of Newport Avenue.
The Complex:
A single level courtyard with eight units. They were constructed in the 1950's. There are two coin operated laundryrooms onsite.
Each apartment is a two bedroom with one bath. They have hardwood floors in the bedrooms, hall and living room. All of the windows were replaced in July 2007. Each unit is a little over 700 square feet. Like many places of this vintage, the closets are small. The tenant pays gas and electric. The owner pays for hot and cold water.
Pets:
One or two indoor neutered felines allowed. They may explore our nice lawn and garden areas only while supervised. No dogs please. Other indoor pets considered.
Important:
This is a no tobacco smoking property inside and out. This policy insures that you, your children and guests will not be subject to second-hand smoke while your windows or doors are open or if you are relaxing or playing outside.
Smoking is only allowed on the alley by the garages. This area is not near any apartment windows or doors.
