If you are interested in applying I will ask you for credit and rental history information.  We can do this over the phone or by e-mail.  I will review the information and get back to you promptly with an answer. 

If approved you can pay a small deposit to hold the property.  The remainder of the security deposit and rent will be due prior to moving in.

After paying the deposit, but before moving in, a formal credit check and criminal background check will be run for each applicant.  I do not charge for these reports if their findings match up with the information you have previously provided to me. 

Remember: those with good credit, quiet lifestyles and non-smokers only.
